Whether thats hiring people at the community, or giving residents a beautiful place to live with staff that truly cares. This is elevated and luxury living and it's a pleasure working for a company that cares about their residents and employees more than anything.

Residents, they are happy to help you get your bearings. Certain director staff are extremely hands on and care for their employees.

They have a revolving door of employees. Some directors give little to no training and expect employees to simply learn as they go. You will not feel encouraged to speak up if something is not working. Will be shunned for trying to reach out for assistance. Corporate will change expectations with no notice and pull employees aside when they are not met. Often asked to take on the work of other positions.
