As far as a staffing / contracting firm they are by far one of the best out there, giving their contractors much better treatment than other companies I have heard of.

Not so much about the company, but of the industry, that once you are assigned a position that is where they like you to stay. They want to keep their customers happy, so don't want you to switch out. The company you work with are not about to promote a contractor. So ultimately you get frozen in place.

Fully remote work provided good flexibility and work-life balance. I had the opportunity to work on interesting client projects, collaborate with knowledgeable professionals, and gain exposure to modern cloud and data technologies.

Consulting work can have periods of uncertainty between assignments, and communication around project transitions could be more consistent. Benefits and career advancement opportunities may vary depending on the client engagement.
