Brand through Manpower (surprised by the number of people not familiar with Experis)

Changes that occurred at the end of 2015 messed up the entire company. CEO has changed the company model and ran out the tenured, most successful employees. Taking money from employees and putting more in the company... when they left, branches made poor hiring decisions on the sales side which resulted in bad VMS business only. No worklife balance. They say they're flexible but frown upon you if you have to leave early. Hello... its 2017, let your successful employees have flex time Too focused on metrics instead of results. Quantity of quality
