Pros

As long as you are working in a customer, no problem. They will pay you some courses, if you are interested in taking them.

Cons

If you have trouble finding a new assignment they will discard you as soon as they can. Besides, the offer they made me was very low compared with my colleagues, I found out later. The way I see it, they took advantage of my ignorance, because I had just arrived to the country and had no idea of the average salary.

Pros

As far as a staffing / contracting firm they are by far one of the best out there, giving their contractors much better treatment than other companies I have heard of.

Cons

Not so much about the company, but of the industry, that once you are assigned a position that is where they like you to stay. They want to keep their customers happy, so don't want you to switch out. The company you work with are not about to promote a contractor. So ultimately you get frozen in place.

Pros

- hybrid work environment - lots of learning opportunities for new business professionals - decent commission structure

Cons

- lots of changes with company acquisition and new leadership - success is heavily dependent on market conditions and hiring trends - difficult to move into other areas of organization
