      Pros

      Great place with great people. Will take people with no experience and train them as long as they have the right work ethic.

      Cons

      Terrible start salary for trainees. However i have to say if your willing to work hard you can earn plenty overall with commission.

      Pros

      1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

      Cons

      1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
