Business Outlook
Pros
Part of a large, global organization with a strong history in the staffing industry in manpower. Experis had relationships and more importantly legal paperwork already established with almost every major company you wanted to prospect into so you didn't need to deal with breaking new accounts that much. Benefits were fair.
Cons
Poor leadership (this may have improved now) that never seemed to focus on taking action but much more on protecting their self interest. They changed the commission plan every year and never felt like it was in the interest of the employees. Let's be honest, the name "experis" is not a good name for a company. It confuses people and is not easy to pronounce or explain.
