      It is an introduction to the game industry Veterans stick around so there is less upward promotion than lateral moving Can't talk specific about next gen anything due to extensive NDA Play video games 10% or less of the time Spend hour on end waiting for people to ready up in match to do a five minute test Excessive cursing and demoralization from other testers

      1. Great perks of working in advanced tech, specifically the AR/VR field. 2. The client company offers a lot of fun activities. 3. I was able to find a sense of belonging within my team.

      1. Management lacks clear direction and sound judgment. 2. Micromanagement from leads. 3. Unnecessary drama caused by management. 4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds. 5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
