-low salary based on the swiss market -bad or no company culture other than profit and money, operate in the 90s style whereas we are in 2021 (i wonder how they survived all these years, oh wait, it was saved by Manpower group in recent years, bad investment by Manpower Group in my opinion, however, it helped Manpower group to eliminate competition on the market) -managers do not know how to manage (very uneducated and primitive and no integrity at all ) -people leave constantly -between teams, you can sense the politics -only recruit foreigners who don't know much about the Swiss market and provide them with a below-market salary -bad reputation on the swiss market, once you settle here for a while, you will figure it out - managers lie constantly to their own clients, job seekers as well as employees
