Just a company/brand name (which is now getting worst)

-5* Poor/3rd class management, especially the desi account managers. -5* HR team is worst or even below. -5* No proper tools/they don't have any JobBoards (some teams have but, it's on sharing basis 1 JobBoards is shared among 10 mates or I must say inmates). -5* Salary/Reimbursement = Salary nor Reimbursement was not on time and the best part is no one is accountable for that as the HR was either on leave or busy to respond to your query. -5* Till the training they will make you feel you're working at world’s best organization but once you hit floor you'll see the reality. -5* toxic work culture/environment/favoritism/nepotism (they said, they hire people on merit basis but there is no proper hiring process). Recruiter Responsibilities includes = Hr Process/ Account Management / Client Management, basically they want recruiter to work 360 lifecycle starting from gathering the requirement-> Sourcing-> Submitting -> Setting up the interview-> Interview Brief - > interview debrief-> Feedback -> Onboarding -> initiate BGV-> timesheet management-> payroll management. Account Manager and HR job is to just be in CC that's it nothing else. If something goes other way around then they will mark recruiter in CC and that makes it even worst. Those who agree with me please like this to spread the awareness and save the recruiter community.
