      toxic culture, we weren't allowed to leave our desks (even to go to the loo) during core hours and you were judged for taking a lunch break

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
