      it is very well known brand through the world, so you can get the positions easily

      but experis is just a new brand in Turkey, it is very well knowned in the world but it is brand new in Turkey. So, people know Manpower but people usually doesn't know experis as a manpower group brand.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
