      Cons

      The management is mostly interested in results, no matter how these results are inquired. Soft skills are also sth to be taught. Deceiving hiring techniques are also frequently used: They always “forget” to mention that the bonus is always deductible in IRS and Social Security.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
