      Pros

      They mostly dont bother you, so it depands mostly on which company you actually work at regarding the work schedule etc

      Cons

      They pay as little as possible. Last time I tried to get a raise after a year of work I had like 10 rounds of talks with them and they kept delaying and eventually raised my salary by a few hundred shekels.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
