      Pros

      It comes with it's faults such as any position. We get to handle all sorts of hardware which is really awesome but there are something I wish that were different. Overall it's a really unique IT position and I love it very much. I do wish there were better benefits and PTO/Sick time.

      Flexibility, work-life balance, decent commission structure

      Cons

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
