      Pros

      Fun environment for people passionate about QA testing. Work culture centers around video game testing and bleeds video games through and through. LOTS of potential for growth if you are willing to learn.

      Cons

      The day-to-day work can become boring quickly and some employee production is low which causes others to pick up the slack. Very fast paced with high standards, or very slow and boring.

      Senior leadership came in and completely changed the company culture. So many great people left because of micromanagement at the highest level.
