My team was great which is hard to find in a sales role. We had a goal and worked together to achieve it.

In this economy, recruiting is difficult. Sometimes the company's expectations don't match what is happening in the economy. Lots of people don't want to change jobs during this time.

2. Micromanagement from leads.
3. Unnecessary drama caused by management.
4. Leadership and management roles lack diversity, with little representation across gender and backgrounds.
5. People are let go without clear reasons, even when directly asked.
