Pros
The company really invests in guiding and training, with regular training and knowledge sharing sessions. Excellent resources to make the recruitment as efficient as possible, expert sourcing team and recruitment tools The senior management are incredibly knowledgeable, always supportive and encouraging at all times. The work is 100% remote (with the option to go to the office if desired) with flexible hours. Great coworkers and team atmosphere and company culture despite the remote nature of the company.
Cons
Nothing bad to say here except that head-hunting is a tough business and requires a lot of hard work and dedication!
