Pros
Great workplace moral with helpful and caring management for the most part. Provided great benefits with dental and medical insurance for part-time employees. When I worked there, staff really seemed to care about the community they served. It was over all an enjoyable place to work.
Cons
The museum is large organization and visitor services is very low on the rung of authoritative say so there was frustration with expressing helpful organizational critiques to the higher ups.
