Pros
My boss really has my back. She puts a lot on herself and is always the first in, last out. Pay is alright. The people on the same level as me are awesome and really helpful. They mainly hire internally except for entry level of course. Great discount.
Cons
It's in fashion and if you do not know it you have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what is in and what is out. The alternative is just update you wardrobe at Express every three months (gets really expensive even with the discount). The environment is really young even in upper management (not mid-twenties just younger than you would expect). A lot of the hires are high risk, high reward. There are a lot of sharks in the water so it is highly competitive internally.
