Poor compensation Unrealistic goals with no reasons behind them Poor planning by home office which makes having a personal life pretty impossible if you want to do your job well Upper management has no interest in what the reality of stores is really like Environment of do more with less (little payroll, broke sizes and styles. Kinda hard to make $$ when you don't have the merchandise to sell) Technology has improved but is still so far behind the rest of the world. My house is more advanced than this billion dollar company
