Pros
Received plenty of hours 20-30 a week Managers and employees were a joy to work with Music is very fun and lively Customers are usually a joy to help Your work is actually appreciated and acknowledged
Cons
Have to request days off a month in advance Hours were often cut...when you are new (you have to prove yourself) You are really pushed to make sales goals for the day Long hours...often without a break The store takes forever to close. Most of the time I didn't leave the mall until 11:00 or 12:00 that night The pay is not good at all
