Company is Amazing Wonderful discount Great product ! Amazing Store design .. Regional manager seemed amazing and understood the stores - Really wish I was able to work for different leaders within this company because the product is amazing and the company has amazing values !
Cons
Store Leadership is not acceptable ! With in five weeks I watched five members from leadership exit the building with in the same four walls _ The stores who do retain their people is because they have built them from the bottom up and they do not know any other work environment. You have Zero work life balance SM expects the Co to work 46-57 hours per week to work on D.O.R. ! Every Request Off I submitted ( A Tuesday for example was denied ) I was so disappointed in the leadership , what a wonderful company with amazing product but the people are ruining it for both the customer & employee.
