      Too many to list Atrocious "leadership" across the organization Good people turn bad the longer they remain in this environment Lack of meritocracy - ineptitude is rewarded HR is not a neutral arbiter, they are hitmen for specific executives

      Could manage the business as I saw fit as through the lens of a business owner

      Cons

      Training was minimal and in a location very different than my future store. Staff I inherited was horrible and leadership was not transparent about the status of the store in regards to profitability and issues within the store or company for that matter. Company declared bankruptcy about 5 months after I started and closed my location. Not a great experience.
