Cons
• Terrible work life balance!!!! • Low pay. • No opportunity to gain more hrs as a regular sales associate, hence, no money. • Having to dress up as a group, therefore; having to spend your small paycheck on an outfit for a work day. • Scaring away potential clients by saying hi, promoting Express insider and the Express credit card. • Managers being nasty and sarcastic for not opening any Express credit cards. • Managers getting mad at you because clients are just browsing. • Having no work to do for the 1st 3/4 hrs of your shift and then being bombarded with work the last minute. • Managers not respecting your time if you don’t have another job, school or a family > knowing that you won’t actually leave your shift on time because what other place would you rather be than express??
