Once A Great Co., Gone Down Hill - Sales Associate Express Employee Review

Express over the years has gone down hill. Many changes in upper level management and corporate has put a damper on the company. You can work hard for many years (5+) and find yourself stuck in the same position not moving anywhere yet you are the best "associate" in the store. Human Resources never responds to problems, weeks will go by before you MIGHT get a response. Current district manager is very impersonal and does not know their own employees. I used to love this company and now I can not find a reason to stay. Also, the brand is really starting to lack in its originality and overall good sense of style.
