Managers are inexperienced and do not look after their team. Its everyone for themselves and a culture of "if you look bad then I look better". Management does not interact with employees on a consistent basis but pretends to know what the issues are and who is causing them Culture: People here are downright rude. Common courtesies like "good morning" or "see you tomorrow" are greeted with cold stares or more often than not, just silence. Gossip is rampant (imagine high school). Passive aggressive emails and meetings are the norm. Company Values look good on paper but are not translated into the culture or the quality of the product. Work Life Balance: Don't expect to take lunch and dont expect to be home in time for dinner.
