Pros
The discount is okay and that is about it for pros. And maybe the fact that you can dress nice and professional for work every day that you go in is also some what refreshing. Other then that, it's all down hill from here.
Cons
The quality for management there is horrific. It seems as if no one knows what they are doing and that everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off then actually doing their job. It is almost as if we have to put on a production for every customer. They expect you to sell, thats the main goal... But I did not care for the fact that I was basically being made to flirt to get ones attention to try and buy. I felt like I was selling myself more then the clothing. The amount of selling interaction that you have to do with the customer is obscured. The worst part about that is you don't even get commission... Just minimum wage. They also some how magically go over hours and cut everyones shift or schedule against your availability.
