Pros
Um, there's a cafeteria. The people who work there are ncie. I made some good friends in the office after bonding from our misery of working there.
Cons
Numerous people in middle and upper management positions are pathetically unqualified for their positions and lack majorly in leadership skills. The more detrimental an employee is to the company, the better protected they are by management and HR. I watched a lot of talented people leave the company due to issues wtih these managers and "leaders". Meetings can be a joke, the pettiness between teams and even teammates is often expressed unprofessionally during meetings, no one could get along which is clearly hurting business decisions. Morale was very low when I left a few months ago which the leadership team either doesn't care about or is too ignorant to notice. It was rare to go a week, or even a few days, without someone on my team crying. At work.
