Pros
We typically get to leave around 6 every day
Cons
Don’t get to work from home. You’re technically allowed to “flex”, but there’s an unspoken rule that you need to show up every day. Leadership sends you spinning Everything is smoke in mirrors It’s a British fraternity A lot of the guys are misogynists. One person in the office used to call all the merchants b**** and c***s, he’s been promoted twice. Managers don’t know how to manage so “managing up” is the course of action There’s no HR department No salary increases and therefore no performance appraisals so leadership doesn’t have to discuss salary increases Promotions are rare Company doesn’t value talent or productivity. It’s essentially a beauty pageant. Don’t be fooled, leadership is trying to implement “work from anywhere” as a selling feature when recruiting. It’s BS. Only valid for 2 weeks in the summer (not even of your choosing). Not a modern company in terms of culture and work/life balance; has actually regressed, pretty garmento.
