Pros
Kind coworkers, Coffee bar with awesome barista, Decent medical/vision/dental, Unlimited PTO
Cons
Associates are not relied on to do what they are hired for and are instead forced to do what their unknowledgeable leader wants that day. Senior leader regularly assigned projects to people in front, not based on their role or their skills hired for. This led to wasted time on repeat projects and terrible results. Critical thinking is undervalued and rarely applied by leadership, just constantly throwing bad ideas at a wall with no consistent vision or accountability. With the exception of 2 supervisors who both left the company within 6-12 months, it was a struggle to get on supervisor's calendar to force a performance discussion. Was told multiple years by HR that review ratings were locked in at low levels and not indicative of performance. Lack of culture perks like holiday parties, recognition, and bonuses. Lost 4 C-levels in one year.
