Pros
Extended Stay America has endless opportunities for growth, both personal and professional. ESA cares for it's associates via complete and easy benefits, sales competitions, copious amounts of sales recognition and provides a plethora of tools and resources to keep us successful as sales people. (I work in account sales but the benefits, recognition and community outreach are across the board for all positions.) ESA also has a partnership with the American Cancer Society, and we have helped to donate hotel rooms to over 15,000 cancer patients or caregivers who have to stay in a hotel during treatment, for whatever reason. This is a wonderful company!
