Cons
-As an employee for almost 3 years and some with more years,, many of us are under paid. -Being essential workers and working during Pandemic crisis we should be compensated(higher pay rate) accordingly to the risk we are all exposed to during this hardship. Just like other corporations have done for their employees, but instead we are experiencing shorter shift with the expectations of having to do what's done in a full shift. -We strive to do our best but doesn't seem enough but always give our best to our customers even with limited resources. Many of us feel under valued and taken for granted
