Pros
1. You get 7 free nights a year. 2. Some off the people are great mainly the staff because they share your struggles with you .
Cons
1. They have you playing 5-6 different roles even for non-management positions. I really feel bad overworking my staff when I know the pay is not worth it. Then having to deal with guest issues and shortage problems. 2. Mentally and Physically exhausting even if you tell yourself it because your manager it is okay. 3. Your always going to be short staff mainly because since the pay is so bad compared to others you lose people & then factor in the extra work duties most people are ready to leave. 4. Be ready to wait a long time for change because it’s all talk and NO action. 5. Human resource can’t be trusted depending who you go to for assistance. My HR personal is sleeping with employees. HR is also supposed to represent employees but they tend to be on the side of the company because they fear for their jobs. So it becomes a endless cycle of not getting no assistance which leads back to the push to leave. 6. Most people are really still there because they have no choice too and stay but what keeps you going is your coworkers . I’ve worked every position so my experience is real so hope this give you a better idea of what your getting into.
