Pros

Pros: -Culture from Corporate office. I believe their goals of being fair and being leaders are genuine. -7 free night stay at any location yearly.

Cons

Cons: -Salaries not competitive to any hotel in the city, lowest paid in every position and with more duties than other hotels. (This was researched and confirmed.) -No upper management support. Ran a top hotel in the company and city, saw upper management perhaps once every two months if that. Usually for an audit, write up or corporate visit. Never received a call or visit that didn't initiate the feeling like something bad happened. (No recognition. Promises but nothing ever executed.) -No assistance in fighting for the little guys salary. MANY associates have cried wanting a pay raise and was told no, but then a new hire would make $2-3 more. -Management and team lead cleaned rooms daily.

Pros

Your on your own to make decisions which were supported by your supervisor at corporate.

Cons

Your on you own to solve all of the problems yourself. The company is very thrifty and you have to make due without a lot of needed items like towels and sheets.
