Pros

-Perks include 7 free days at any location after 90 days -Willing to work with schedule -Slowly, but there is chances to grow within company -Gain good experience in many areas of hospitality Including housekeeping, management, and night audit -Meeting guests from around the world

Cons

-Only 1 employee on 3-11 shift -Completing the work in other job areas -Lack of communication with higher management, therefore GSR's deal with those complaints -No overtime whatsoever -Very slow growth -Company calls for us to enter guests rooms to stock kitchens while guests are occupied in the room

My location was very nice and the guests were wonderful.

Pros

Your on your own to make decisions which were supported by your supervisor at corporate.

Cons

Your on you own to solve all of the problems yourself. The company is very thrifty and you have to make due without a lot of needed items like towels and sheets.
