I've only been with Extreme a short time but I feel as comfortable as if I've been here for years. Since day one and my initial interview even, I felt that Extreme could be the place for me. Well that feeling remains and I look forward to many years to come! Perhaps my last job? Who knows? The people I interact with on a daily basis are more focused on quality than quantity. There is no panic surrounding my day to day life here and everyone is very friendly. I actually left a much larger, mainstream company to join Extreme and am so glad I did!
