Pros
- Good work environment; ergo chairs, desk, etc. - Salary is OK - average
Cons
- The workload is not distributed very well; I have seen countless examples when one employee has been working really hard all day, when the others just played on their phones. - Recognition of your time and effort put into your work is shallow, based on only a few moments when the supervisor has time to pay attention. - Employees are often treated like children; the company's views on office safety issues are highly over exaggarated. It gets annoying quickly. - Work itself is boring, I would not recommend wasting precious time here, where you can't really learn anything, unless you want to become a robot.
