Pros
Some very challenging work and some good people but mainly the Contract hires have all of the usable knowledge.
Cons
Their performance ranking system is the pits. Performance does not count only who you know in the home office so a foreign assignment ruins your career. Hires top college graduates, provides classroom training but no practical training and does not develop specialists.
