Eye Level - Anonymous employee Eye Level Learning Employee Review

It was completely understaffed to the point where I was one instructor doing the jobs of two. I think that the class flow model has good intentions but is greatly flawed; you cannot expect an instructor to work with each child for the same amount of time because evwey child is an individual and some learn quickly while others learn slower. Eye Level emphasizes individualized curriculum plans for each child, but it needs to be recognized that each child learns at his/her own pace. There are unrealistic expectations of it's employeea. Furthermore, I worked there for about 3.5 years and did not receive a raise (apart from the post 90 days) until my final year with this company.
