Pros
The majority of the students are well-behaved and there because their parents want them to excel in their education. The co-tutors are great and very supportive. The curriculum is comprehensive and geared towards state standards, allowing for remediation or advanced work as necessary.
Cons
Working environment is a challenge with limited space to move around in, and a variety of restroom inadequacies (probably both in violation of state health and safety regulations). Communication from management was usually negative or non-existent, though I think the owner really cares about the students’ success.
