Main office is in Maryland, bought Denver office 2 years ago and ignore the office. No training when new system went live. ESP management blames everyone else for the problems instead of taking responsibility for them dropping the ball on the Denver office. Management berates employees and continues to ignore pleas for more and proper training. System is not configured properly and it causes a lot of problems that are then blamed on the employees.
