Positive experience - Anonymous employee EyeCare Services Partners Employee Review

I read some of these reviews and I find that many of the criticisms are fair. But when I read things like “don’t walk, run away” or “there are zero pros about working at ESP” I can’t help but to interject. ESP isn’t perfect, but Christ almighty let’s not pretend the company is run by Satan or something. It’s a good company that stands by their employees. The management is very supportive, the work/life balance is perfect, the money is good. Maybe you shouldn’t apply if you’re allergic to working hard? Just a suggestion…
