Pros
Some flexibility, Fun staff, laid back every now and then. Room for growth if you want it and prove yourself.
Cons
Very low pay for what’s expected of you. This job is demanding, long hours, dealing with public and you have to know A LOT. For what’s expected, this company should be paying their employees a lot more than what they do. If they did then maybe they could find good help, and actually maintain a staff, and the staff might actually look at their job like a career. There is extremely high turnover since people get overwhelmed and get paid very little. Management could care less, corporate could care less, you’re just a number. Be prepared to be treated like crap from customers and feel like you’re a lowlife because you’ve been working there longer than a year.
