Good when staffing is passionate, can be rewarding, possible growth.
Cons
Low pay, countless responsibilities, no budget for staffing, no manager for the doctors office only the optical technicians and “trainers” that visit once a year, machines constantly break and the company that runs them never helps, does Not care about loyal employees (will want to hire someone new on with less experience for more money before they give you a raise), turnover is turning into McDonald’s, arrogant doctors that can treat you however they feel and you must be okay with it or be replaced, no support from corporate on any customer complaints even if the store did absolutely nothing wrong, etc. None of this is towards the store managers, corporate is the reason for all of these things.
