Pros

Eze is a great place to work straight out of college because of the social atmosphere-- a lot of 20-somethings, social outings, and friendly vibes, but it's not the place you would want to stay forever. The Associate Directors (people who run teams) are often extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so you feel empowered. People tend to love their bosses, but dislike upper management. There have been a lot of people that have worked here, and gone on to work on amazing things outside of the fin-tech field. It's a solid place to collect a paycheck for a couple of years and then to go on to pursue your passion elsewhere. They asked the former, do-nothing CEO to step down, and replaced him with the hard-working President, so this is a glimmer of hope.

Cons

The starting pay is good, but there are no bonuses, and raises beyond inflation adjustments only come around once every 2-3 years. The work isn't particularly inspiring or fulfilling. They're focusing on moving jobs to India, so morale and job security feels like it has been at an all-time low. Nobody likes the direction of the company or the new service model, but executives are so far removed that they won't listen to feedback. It's no meritocracy; pay is rewarded based on tenure, not quality of work, so you get some real idiots raking it in while those who put in 100% aren't compensated as such.
