Pros

Many of the people I work with are smart and dedicated.

Cons

Management in recent years seems to be making decisions more for owners (PE) than customers, trying to squeeze out unrealistic profit margins in the short term instead of helping customers long term. Company seems to be commoditizing employees and losing what made us special. There have been a lot of bad decisions made at the company from the top with little accountability.

Unlimited PTOs, Hybrid Work 6 days a month, stable company with just 1-2% performance based layoffs. Great work life balance. Option to explore different career fields

Cons

Low Total Compensation compared to similar role in other companies. Low increments and bonuses. Harder to get promoted
