Pros

- Few remnants of old culture. At this point, though, it's almost all marketing hype. - People - Perks in the office (drinks/snacks) and benefits - Opportunity to take on lots of responsibility early in career Good place to start out of school, but if you work here/decide to accept a position, your best bet is to stick around just long enough to lateral into another company that has a real career progression.

Cons

- Senior management has made a series of asinine decisions that all but eliminate the opportunity for career progression in client service. Internal mobility that would allow knowledgeable employees to specialize in areas of interest is uniformly blocked, regardless of merit or tenure. - Restructuring mid-level management seems to indicate that senior leadership is blaming individuals for the current woes, rather than the model as a whole. Eze is all-in on the new model, but changes to people aren’t going to make it work if you keep this rigid approach to its structure and how things work now. - Patronizing, embarrassing attempts by senior leadership to mimic old office culture - Once you look above the ground level, culture is highly politicized - Low morale, high stress - General poor quality of core OMS product - Low level of industry knowledge across the company - High employee turnover – revolving door across the board - Salaries are OK on the surface, but once you start taking on more responsibility, comp doesn't reflect it. Converting it to hourly and then comparing it to other companies in the same space shows that employees are underpaid. Also: hard caps on raises, low budgets across teams for pay increases, and no bonus eligibility for individual contributors. Promotions are time-restricted and usually every three years. - Struggle to maintain work/life balance. This would be more understandable if Eze paid employees what they're worth. This is not a company that will allow you to build a career, which is fine, because you don’t want to work here for a long time, anyway.
