Pros

- I got to work with a lot of smart people - Product offerings are well respected in the industry - The company does a good job of supporting its employees, you won't want for things that will help you to do your job - Office spaces are well appointed - Compensation is competitive, benefits were amazing and are moving towards pretty good - Even through the closing of an office, management was extremely transparent with employees, gave lots of lead time, and provided generous offers for either reloaction or severance. You'll see a lot of reviews from disgruntled employees about this and they are misleading- Eze treated people fairly

Cons

- Lots on instability due to closing offices, spinning up an India office, and a recent sale to a larger fintech company - Management has not done a great job steering the ship and overall feels bloated. There was a troubling trend of scrum masters, project managers, and executive managers being hired at the expense of developer hiring. This had a measurable impact on the company's ability to deliver software. Regardless of grand ideas coming from the top, a company needs developers to build software. - Like so many other software companies, they preach agile and scrum but in reality practice a bastardized version because they are unwilling give up standard waterfall practices - Management constantly moved goal posts and was way too eager to roll out broad sweeping changes on a whim. This left teams feeling off balance and severely handicapped velocity
