All the positive reviews are from management and HR to pump up their glassdoor rating. If you’re considering this place please run and run as fast as you can. Director level management provides no transparency and will straight lie to your face. Pay is below the market average and there is no bonus. There is no such thing as work life balance as the sales team oversells products to clients that they don’t need or can’t accommodate so you are stuck trying to put out fires all day and driving meaningless work that the client will end up cancelling. The bottom line is that they under pay, there’s no opportunity for growth or work life balance and no transparency from management. All reasons to AVOID. If you’re interested in fintech, there are plenty of other companies that will provide better opportunities.
