Pros
Great first job out of school. The leadership program has solid training. Managers are available at all times and our one-on-one meetings every other week are great for making sure my progress is on track. The program moves quickly and there is alot to learn but that is exactly what I was looking for. The culture is fantastic. Everyone is smart and driven and I really enjoy my team.
Cons
The rotations through the different teams are key to the program but it would be nice to know farther ahead of time when exactly the next rotation will be and to what team.
